Donohue’s Kam Law, Ph.D., PE, ENV SP, was recently honored with the 2024 Paul Clinebell Outstanding Service Award by the Illinois Water Environment Association (IWEA). This prestigious award recognizes her significant contributions to IWEA for over 25 years.
Kam has held many leadership roles within IWEA, including President (2018-2019), and currently serves as a Delegate at Large. She has delivered numerous technical presentations on wastewater treatment.

Within Donohue, Kam serves as a Senior Project Manager and Practice Leader for Wastewater Innovations. She has partnered with a host of wastewater clients, leading project teams to address their most complex treatment challenges.
She holds a Ph.D. in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Nevada-Reno, a master’s degree in project management from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Kansas, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kansas.
